A New Life in Christ Jesus

The cross is offensive to many. At the cross, one must examine themselves. They come face to face with a Holy God, and they then become aware of the sin in their life, but it must not stop there. You must not only turn from those sins, but you must turn from who you are, and allow Christ to transform you into a new creature. Be crucified with Christ, and then raised up in newness of life. You say, "I have repented", I ask, "Then why do you still love the world?". You say, "I love Jesus", and I ask, "Why then do you not obey Him?". For those who follow Christ, keep the faith, fight the good fight. For those who do not, I plead with you, come to the cross of Christ; call to the one who died, yet lives forever more. He offers you salvation, it is free to all who, by faith, accepts it and surrenders to the King, the General of the host of angels, the powerful conqueror, the mighty champion, Christ Jesus the Lord. May His peace, love and grace be with you all.
