Christ Knows All About Suffering

All throughout history, and in resent weeks, even days, there have been heart wrenching tragedies. Many ask, "Where is God? Why does He allow so much suffering?". But you must realize that God knows just what suffering is; can you imagine, with His infinite knowledge and understanding, how much it hurts His heart. You see, they ask why He allows so much suffering, but remember He gave US one of the greatest, yet, most dangerous gifts, free-will. It is NOT God, but it is humanity that causes suffering. However, God can take the most unspeakable tragedies, and use them for good. He exercised a plan before the foundations of the world that would ensure eternal salvation, but it included great suffering. From the suffering of Christ, came salvation for whoever receives Him. Through the most gruesomest of deaths, came the most beautiful victory. From the bloodiest outpouring, came forgiveness of sins, redemption, and the power to be called sons and daughters of God. Christ stepped out of heaven, came to earth, suffered greatly, died, and rose from the dead. Psalms 24: 1-10, gives an account of the "King of glory" commanding that the holy gates be lifted and the everlastings doors opened. They ask, "Who is this King of glory?", He says, "The Lord strong and mighty, the Lord mighty in battle, the Lord of hosts, He is the King of glory, and He shall come in". I believe this is Jesus Christ returning to take His place at the right hand of the Father, and as He entered, all of heaven bows down and worshiped Him and praised Him for His great victory. Do not be troubled, for Christ, the King of glory, the Lord of hosts, knows your suffering. Peace be with you all.
