Find Peace In Jesus Christ

It is written, "Now the Lord of peace himself give you peace always by all means. The Lord be with you all" (2 Thessalonians 3:16). Christ never promised that we would not feel hurt, pain, brokenness or heartache. He did, however, promise that He would be with us and that He would give us peace in the midst of it all, even in our most tragic circumstances. Lay your burden down at the feet of Christ, and let Him wrap you with the peace He promised. In Matthew 7, Jesus says that if we, who are naturally evil, know how to give good gifts to our children, then how much more so will our Father in heaven give good gifts to those that ask Him. Oh my dearest friends, cry out to God, ask Him for this peace, and lay your burdens down. Jesus is calling with arms opened wide to embrace you; He will give you power to be called sons and daughters of God, and give you the peace you have been searching for that will not be found anywhere else but in the arms of the Prince of peace, Christ Jesus the Lord.
