Jesus Christ Offers His Hand

The storm is raging. The water is rising. You are going under, gasping for breath after precious breath. Your legs are cramping. Your lungs burning and you can feel the darkness close, You feel as if you can't go on and your ready to give up. In the distance, you hear the faint, maniacal laughter of a sinister enemy who is glad to watch you drown. You then look up and there is a hand reaching down in the water. It is the hand of Jesus Christ offering to save you. With one last burst of energy, you kick up, take a deep breath, and with desperation in your voice you cry out, "LORD JESUS, SAVE ME". Jesus, without hesitation, grabs your hand and pulls you up. You see, Jesus will pull you out of the water your drowning in and give you the power to walk on top of the waves while walking with you. Many never make this cry to Christ, and sadly they drown in the dark waters of their life. I believe in Jesus and it was He who pulled me out of a raging ocean and set my feet on top of the waves. For those who are ready to give up, please don't; you are loved and there is hope. Hope has a powerful name, that name is Jesus Christ. In your darkness, look to the light. May the love and grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.
