Jesus Christ Reaches to You

There are so many who let pride rule every area of their lives, and it keeps them from submitting to God. We are not called to submit to anyone, but we are to submit to God. The apostle Peter wrote, "Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time"(1Peter 5:6.KJV). Be humble, not controlled by pride. Don't just go to church and expect that to make you a Christian; it's your relationship with Jesus Christ that matters. Bitter and sweet water does not flow from the same stream, meaning, you can't say you love Jesus in one breath, and then hurl hate and vileness at someone in the next. Jesus Christ reaches to you. In your anger, your hurt, mental torment, relentless heartache, Jesus reaches for you. He intercedes for you, pleads your case; who better than Jesus Christ Himself to do so. He also pleads with you, using anything and any means to reach you. Christ literally moved heaven and hell for you to be forgiven, have a relationship with Him and to have eternal life with Him. He left heaven to become a man, died on a cross, and conquered death and hell. Jesus Christ reaches for you, reach back to Him. Grace be with you all.
