Listen To God Speak

It is amazing to come to the realization that God, who is all powerful, infinite, who is in need of nothing, would want a relationship with us humans. And being the infinite God, He would still be affected by such finite beings as ourselves. When we rebel against God, His heart is broken, and when we hurt, He weeps with us. I ask, if the God who spoke the universe into existence; who is far more powerful than we can comprehend, still weep over the broken state we see today, then why can't people? It is because they have a concept of an "unknown god", and not the one true God. If they do not know God, they do not know themselves, therefore, they have a distorted view of what sin is. God is speaking. He is not shouting, for that would split the earth. He speaks through circumstances, people, and that small voice you hear in the back of your mind, which has become silent in so many. When God speaks, it is wise to listen. Open your ears and hear what the Lord has to say. In your darkness, look to the light which is Christ Jesus the Lord. Love and grace be with you all.
